He's a 'natural' who has become something of an expert--a skilled practitioner of friendship who has reflected on and written a wonderful book about friendship. He is particularly effective in his treatment of the themes of listening and confrontation. This book is well worth reading, discussing and doing., Tom is a man who not only writes it but lives it.
