On the day of collection, Rad and his father kindly brought down the item (which was very large) into the building foyer and then insisted on helping me dismantle it and load it in my car, which was so helpful. Overall, based on my experience Rad is a fantastic Ebayer and he and his Dad were great people. Thanks very much!!!
