Great car and box but buyer beware of ridiculous postal charges accruing to shop to the U.K. I paid well over £40 just to import this item and also was never mentioned by seller ? I paid a lot of postal charges levied by seller too which made the transaction very expensive!! Ohh yes finally delivery took three weeks too…pathetic! I gave positive feedback purely for the item….Bare this all in mind when buying

The lesson we have learnt with this transaction is that even the obvious things are not so obvious, such as that shipping outside EU (UK) has become more expensive than before and that you might have to pay customs fees. Even if you have done everything ok, such as shipping within 24 hours, extremely good packaging and responding to dozens of messages within one hour, we try to do better. But, we cannot speed up the process once it is in hands of a logistic partner.

Sehr schnelle lieferung. Weil der Versand innerhalb die Niederlande ist hab ich Kallistoys kontaktiert. Und die Versandkosten waren zu hoch. Es war uberhaupt kein problem und ich habe eine refund vom Versandkosten bekommen.
