*Please read* This is only a positive review to see if I get my refund. I was told that if I leave a positive review that my item will be refunded for an item that came defective. I notified them 1 day after the return deadline (this was a Christmas gift) and I was told “ No worries we will get this all set, even pay for shipping”. I have been told this at least 3 times now and they closed my request for the return indicating that it is their policy to write a good review for reimbursement.
