Although the item had issues, the seller's communication was excellent and the other work done on the machine was too. I have never dealt with a seller so attentive and excellent in the way they handle messages and issues. Additionally, the item was packaged in by far the best packaging I have seen from any seller. I cannot recommend them enough. Fully recommended even with the unfortunate circumstances with my item. If you buy from them, you are in safe hands. Simply outstanding. 10/10.
