Day 1, Item dispatched to DPD with tracking number but never progressed, DPD never received parcel.
Day 4, knock on front door, item delivered by Yodel with different tracking number. Luckily I happened to be at home!
Contacted seller a few times for updates but replies were meaningless. No tracking number given in order details.
