Overdue delivery. Gave dismissive, rude responses when I asked about tracking. They couldn't find the item they had auctioned, only told me AFTER I paid for it. They refunded, found it and I repurchased, they gave no apology for the inconvenience and shabby service. Zero customer care no ability to take responsibility for their failings. When I complained in civil manner, they tried to reverse the issue and treat me as if I were in the wrong by complaining about it. Very very dodgy indeed!!!

Sadly this buyer was messaged and as soon as the item was found the buyer was messaged to see if she wanted to buy the item. The postage was second class postage at £3.45. The buyer paid and I sent the item. To then receive messages saying I had charged to much postage making extra money from sales. Which is wrong 2nd postage is 3.45
I spoke to eBay who said I had done nothing wrong the postage was right from there drop down. And was getting lots of rude messages eBay said block
