This dvd was definitely NOT new even though the listing said new and it arrived with a number of faults. Despite me offering evidence of the faults and requesting to return the faulty item, the seller did not wish to see the evidence and would not arrange a return. They randomly issued a partial refund but did not want the faulty item back and then proceeded to ignore all my messages attempting to fully resolve the issue. Not a good experience with this seller.

This item was tested before sending it out. The buyer gave a number of different reasons as to alleged faults. I have a video showing it working perfectly, I refunded in full. I suspect that he just didnt want to pay for it or has broken it. I have received abusive and nasty feedback from him. Avoid at all costs

The seller only finalised the refund after I left my feedback today and after I opened a return request today, despite them ignoring my messages since December 2023. I have not left any abusive or nasty feedback as is evident above. If the dvd player is not faulty, the seller would have arranged for the item to be returned to them but they didn’t, they eventually fully refunded me after I escalated the matter today. My experience with this seller has been unpleasant and extremely unprofessional.
