The item looks brand new, very clean. I do have to say whom ever packed it really needs to be trained again or moved. Box that was to small bubble wrap, cardboard scraps that did nothing and ⅔ of it was blue bag. That allowed movement and zero protection. I wouldn't mind but the rail is kind of more important than the motor. A simple large cardboard flat sheet ie side of a box folded over and sealed on 3 sides would have been perfect.
