Seller didn’t realise that a cracked seal along the thermos had also damaged the pouring end. Therefore it may have been functional before it was posted however, during its transit the weak component snapped and rendered the item unusable safely.
The seller refunded once they were made aware.

Grill works well, and I’m made up with it. Just a bit disappointed that I didn’t receive the temperature tool, I did message the seller about it but received no response. Hence reason for giving only 4 stars
