    Great little workouts

    Great little workout dvd. You don’t have to be super fit or a great dancer. All the steps are easily explained and then you can either do a twenty minute exercise session which is great if you don’t have a lot of time or you can do the 30 minute one which is a bit more energetic. If you want a really big workout you can do both! Love Rosemary Conley workouts. Used to go to her classes years ago and always enjoyed the workouts.

    Love salsa? You'll love this.

    Ok, it's not for fitness fanatics who like a burn, but if you like salsa music and want to get your heart rate up and a bit of toning, then this is great. takes about an hour if you do the intro (easy version), plus the harder version and then the 2 toning sessions. At least you can mix and match depending on your mood and the time you've got. It's useful to have a resistance band ( a few quid off ebay) but you don't have to. the ladies on it are real ladies who've all lost lots of weight, but still look like real curvy women. All the way through they show high impact versions and low impact versions, so you can work as hard or as little as you want. Highly recommended.

    VERY GOOD 2005 EXERCISE DVD

    I thought this DVD would be a bit out of date but was pleasantly surprised. The salsacise routines are good and easy to follow and will give a good low impact workout. I use these dance DVDs if the weather is bad and I can't get out for a walk, so helps to keep up the exercise we are recommended to do daily, ie 30 min walk. Doing both dance sections and the body toning is a good workout and not too demanding. Such good value too. Inspiring, as those accompanying Rosemary have all lost a great deal of weight and look like normal shaped women.

    Fun exercises

    I find the salsa steps a refreshing change from the usual aerobics moves, with catchy Latin beat music. Definitely helps burn some calories!
