Jacket was missing a hood, no mention of this in the listing, so it comes with button holes to attach a hood at the collar but no hood. Seller also tried to cram the jacket into a tiny mail bag, which was burst open and half the jacket was hanging out the mail bag when it arrived. Messaged the seller about the problems and they were hostile and refused to help.
