The seller has has accepted the item was received smashed and refunded the purchase price.
However, they refused to refund the postage as they say it’s not their responsibility. This puts the eBay buy/sell legal responsibility and modus operandi into question. The seller has refused to accept that packing and shipment is their responsibility and not that of the buyer. The package is still unopened as the ridiculous poor packing is the cause of the problem. ? Is packing the buyers responsibility
