Disappointed with Damaged Packaging I was expecting a brand-new item in pristine condition as described in the listing, but unfortunately, the box arrived damaged. This does not align with the description of the item being “new and undamaged.” While the delivery itself was satisfactory, the packaging condition was not acceptable and fails to meet consumer rights standards for new products. This experience was quite disappointing.
