I believe this person to be a good seller in general. But just needs to remember that packaging is also a big part of there responsibility when shipping goods. Ensuring the buyer receives undamaged goods is a must, sadly this seller totally forgot about this part of the transaction. The item l received was very poorly packed, with practically no protection what so ever, hence it was returned. Everything else about this transaction was very good though...hence the NEUTRAL FEEDBACK.
