Item doesn’t match with the description. It came with a plastic broken, breaks are low quality and speaks when breaks. Battery range is 18 km in flat roads, description says 35-70km it’s a lie and maximum speed 24.9kmh description says 30kmh. From one day to another the screen when crazy and it’s not accurate. I asked for a refund and customer service is so poor that are delaying the process. It’s been 2 weeks dealing with them and their techniques are to avoid the refund. Pathetic!
