I bought the wrong item 6 /6 so messaged seller asking him to cancel the transaction as I wished to buy the Gaming version he had listed. Also requested this through eBay. On 11/6 message from eBay stating that they could not cancel the transaction - there was an issue with refund. Seller TOTALLY IGNORED the 6 messages I sent him from 6/6. eBay told me to raise a case as Item Not Received. Case raised on 13/6 as item not sent as seller had cancelled and my refund received 14/6 NOT GOOD COMMS
