The shipping was very poor. Nice price but the shipping package wasn't nice. It was wrapped poorly. The package was v dusty. The man who delivered it, didn't speak no English, & not nice. I know the seller will return negative remarks back me. I hardly ever write or report back views. Regarding the "Not adjustable cap" issue, our product images/description clearly state it fits 56-58cm/21.7-22.8inch heads, and the title specifies "Elastic Band" not "Adjustable" - it may not fit larger head sizes.For the "poor wrapping" concern, we use new dust/waterproof bags - any dust likely occurred during international shipping. About the unfriendly courier (eBay's partner SPK), as a seller we cannot control their staff but will report this.
