I always receive exactly the item I've ordered, delivered in good condition and fast delivery service, with free postage included. I just wish, as too many business are guilty of is that they use plastic packaging. I would really appreciate as some businesses have done in providing a much needed plant based, environmentally friendly packaging. Other than this issue, I would give 100%

Picked it up this morning packed in a flimsy cardboard box, no polythene bag inside, one carton had the top off and powder went all in my car and down my clothes. Have complained to seller twice left messages and no reply at all. Will never use this firm again.
