    Menapause

    I’m going thro the menapause at the moment and everyone is different I was taking these with the menapace nighttime ones aswell and after 4 weeks gave up as they didn’t help me at all but I think they are value for money and are suitable for most women, we just have to find the right ones for us and unfortunately these weren’t mine

    I found the original Menopace excellent for hot flushes , can't say that this is any better although it is double the price, save your money and just buy the original Menopace

    It works for me!
