    3 weeks ago I received a package from this seller that was open and empty. I messaged the seller with no answer. I filed a claim with eBay and got a message saying a replacement order had shipped. To date, I have not received anything. I have messaged the seller asking for tracking information twice with no answer. I am working with EBay in an effort to get a refund. I am very disappointed that it has come to this.
