    The seller never shipped the item, and never replied to my multiple messages regarding the shipment of the item. Finally I asked to cancel the purchase and without saying a word or justifying the length in delay they cancelled the purchase. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Will refrain from purchasing from this seller again in the future.

    Item was fine, but Seller was extremely slow to ship and past their estimated handling time. Item was purchased on May 6th and wasn't delivered until yesterday, May 20th. Shipping label was purchased a week before the package was submitted to the Post Office. At no point was communication attempted to address the delay unfortunately. Poor customer service.
