I wanted to return the item to get my money back, seller then insulted my intelligence by saying that I don't know the difference between a "new" 3ds and a brand new 3ds and refused the return and tried to say because it's a cheaper price that it's somehow makes it okay it had damage?? Buyer sent message claiming there are 'barely-there marks' that do not show up in photos he took. The 'barely-there marks' are not on the playing screen. Regardless, 'barely-there marks' fit the USED description. Buyer revealed he's a big SELLER (has multiple accounts apparently) and said he knows eBay policies & claimed he knew he'd get a refund by claiming 'defects'--in other words he lied.
