As it is a sterile medical product I would have preferred the dressings to have been kept in their original box, and the box shipped in normal packaging (bubble wrap and further protective material. This would give the customer more confidence in using the product. Having said that, in this case there was no apparent damage, but sadly these days Couriers/Royal Mail often handle parcels badly and damage can easily occur.
