This seller did "everything" in his power to rectify the situation. In fact, I ordered one set of stencils and they arrived no problem whatsoever. The blame lies squarely with Canada Post who dropped the ball on this one .And yes, I was granted a full refund. His communication with me should be a template for any seller to follow!
