They suggested - I soak the foam in water to get the foam to expand, I wasn’t prepared to do this - To send back in the original packaging, as they came shrink wrapped, this was never going to be a possibility. - they just kept offering discount Eventually, I just gave in and accept the £10 discount, not happy! I hope I don’t come across this seller again.
