    The item was despatched on time. However, the package was lost by Evri and consequently did not arrive on time. I contacted the seller to advise him of the problem. Evri eventually found and delivered the parcel. Unfortunately the parcel had been dropped and damaged. I advised the seller of the damage and he kindly offered to give a refund. I was able to repair the damage so there was no need for a refund. Very happy with the seller but the same cannot be said of Evri customer service.
