This ONE is so very supportive incorporating fixed sock thigh groin area, very comfortable. Merchants should be aware, If they elongated sock area and utilised tougher Spandex this brace would also accommodate, knee arthritis problems. I find this very supportive across my back as well, my groin is focused as to both notice 2 breaches in groin yet S0 comforting
