I wanted one for my workshop and saw a good deal on the refurbished nvr. When it arrived it was as new,I doubt it has ever been used ,connected a camera and away it went. For a simple plug and play setup you can’t go wrong . Kept me informed all the way from order to shipping and follow up if you need any help 10/10
