One of my pooches has severe anxiety when having her nails cut and it's super overwhelming and stressful for both her and myself! I bought this as a last ditched effort before having to ring the vet to ask for her to have them cut under sedation! She absolutely loves it and in just a couple of passes, her nails are much shorter. The only negative is that the door open too easy but I just kept my finger at the back end and applied pressure to stop it opening as easy.

It arrived here in good condition, but the bag it was sent in got slip in 2 places. Looks like it was mishandled by the courier who must have chucked it around a few times and because it was in a flimsy cardboard box it only made things worse. My suggestion is to shrink wrap the flimsy.cardboard box before putting it in the plastic posting bag. 2 pictures to prove what I have just said.
