What was delivered (in original box but seal broken) was a HABOTEST HT113B (4000 count) which is different in its specification to that shown in the images! The HT113C (6000 count) has two more additional functions capacitance and temperature, this is what I thought I was ordering. However, this HT113B is new, descent quality, functions okay, athletically pleasing and value for money.

As I unwrapped the packaging I started to notice soil everywhere. The root had broken but was still attached. I’ve spoken to the seller who has tried helping with everything. Can’t fault them. It’s a great little plant and I would use the sell again .
