Unfortunately, there was a problem when the sofa bed was being built, they found that one of the bolts wasn’t going in as it should. I was advised to notify this company, and inform them of the fault. They were very understanding, and arranged for the item to be collected on a date of my choice. As soon as they received the item, I was issued a full refund. Lovely company to deal with. No quibbles whatsoever.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
