I'd had a similar chair shipped from this seller a few weeks ago where the shipping company did their best to destroy it. Fortunately, these Herman Miller Equas are very sturdy and the chair came through fine. This time, I notified the seller and sent a picture of the last box. The seller replied quickly and positively, and then double boxed this chair. The box (and the chair) came through in good condition.
