Terms and conditions of the sale
ATTENZIONE: nei periodi di festività le spedizioni potranno subire un ritardo fino a 7gg lavorativi rispetto ai tempi indicati.
Nei periodi festivi (Natale, Pasqua, ponti, ecc) e nei periodi di alta stagione (cambio stagionale estate/inverno e inverno/estate, ovvero apr-mag e ott-nov), tutte le spedizioni potrebbero subire un ritardo fino a 5 giorni lavorativi rispetto a quanto indicato.
In caso di: sciopero dei trasporti e/o dei corrieri, calamatià naturali, epidemia/pandemia e qualunque altra causa di forza maggiore non prevedibile al momento dell ordine, la consegna potrà essere effettuata entro il termine di legge di 30gg dalla data del pagamento [Art. 61 D. lgs. n. 206 del 06.09.2005 (Codice del Consumo)], in deroga ai tempi di consegna indicati su eBay.
I contratti di vendita sono regolati dalla legge vigente e conclusi secondo il regolamento generale di eBay.
Si aggiungono di seguito alcune condizioni di vendita per l acquisto di pneumatici nuovi e usati all interno del nostro store:
- Tutti gli pneumatici venduti, sia nuovi e sia usati, vengono testati dai nostri gommisti - per la vostra sicurezza - prima di essere spediti; l ordine si intende concluso solo se gli pneumatici superano questo test di sicurezza.
- La fattura va richiesta contestualmente all ordine, in caso contrario di procederà automaticamente ad emettere la sola ricevuta fiscale; una volta emessa la ricevuta fiscale non sarà possibile in nessun caso emettere fattura.
- Per DOT recente si intende una data di produzione non superiore ai 36 mesi.
- In caso di DOT più vecchio di quanto dichiarato, si procederà alla sostituzione dei soli articoli difformi.
- Quando indicato il DOT, esso si riferisce al più vecchio disponibile per quell articolo, per cui si potrà ricevere un articolo con DOT maggiore o uguale a quanto dichiarato.
- In caso di generica difformità di uno degli articoli acquistati, si procederà alla sostituzione dei soli articoli difformi.
- Per la spedizione verso isole o zone disagiate (oltre all applicazione di un supplemento), si ricorda che i tempi di consegna possono allungarsi di ulteriori 3-5 giorni.
- La restituzione degli oggetti può essere accettata solo ed esclusivamente se l oggetto non viene utilizzato o montato e contenuto ancora all interno dell imballo originale; eventuali danni dovuti all utilizzo dell oggetto non sono coperti dalla restituzione.
- Eventuali danni dovuti a carenze strutturali dell oggetto verranno contestati direttamente al produttore tramite garanzia ufficiale, qualora il danno sia coperto da garanzia.
During holidays period, all shippings may be delayed 7 workdays.
In Holiday period (Christmas, Easter, etc) and in high season period (seasonal tyre change summer/winter and winter/summer, which means apr-may and oct-nov), all shippings may have a delay until +5 workdays.
In the event of: strike of transport and / or couriers, natural disasters, epidemic / pandemic and any other cause of force majeure not foreseeable at the time of the order, delivery can be made within the statutory deadline of 30 days from the date of payment [Art. 61 Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06.09.2005 (Consumer Code)], notwithstanding the delivery times indicated on eBay.
The sales contracts are governed by the law in force and concluded according to the general regulation of eBay.
Below are some sales conditions for the purchase of new and used tires in our store:
- All tires sold, both new and used, are tested by our tire dealers - for your safety - before being shipped; the order is concluded only if the tires pass this safety test.
- The invoice must be requested at the same time as the order, otherwise it will automatically proceed to issue only the tax receipt; once the tax receipt has been issued, it will not be possible to issue an invoice.
- Recent DOT means a production date not exceeding 36 months.
- In the case of an older DOT than declared, only the non-conforming articles will be replaced.
- When clearly written, the DOT is the oldest available for the article so the customer could receive a tyre with a DOT greather or equal to this.
- In case of generic discrepancy of one of the items purchased, we will proceed with the replacement of only non-conforming items.
- For shipping to islands or disadvantaged areas (in addition to the application of a supplement), please note that delivery times may be extended by a further 3-5 days
- We DO NOT ship to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla, overseas territories and all other extra EU territories.
- The return of the goods can be accepted only and exclusively if the good is not used or fitted and still contained within the original packaging; any damage due to the use of the good is not covered by the return.
- Any damage due to structural deficiencies of the object will be challenged directly to the manufacturer by an official guarantee, if the damage is covered by warranty.

Brand New Tyres as Listed, Great Seller with Great Communication. The only gripe I have is that the tyres are 3 1/2 years old & thus far I have only received 2 of the 4 ordered, however this is more down to UPS. As a courier UPS have been terrible, the tyres were supposed to be delivered last Tuesday, UPS changed this to Friday which meant that I had to take the day off work & rather frustraingly nothing turned up, 2 tyres were delivered yesterday so hopefully the other 2 will arrive tommorow!!
