    We are delighted with this remote!!!

    This original Sony remote was delived in good condition & it's wonderful to have remote control of a receiver that is installed in a cabinet across the room! It's especially great for the variations in volume when listening to streaming music such as Pandora & YouTube!!! P.S. We Didn't rate how easy it was to program because we aren't using the programmable features of the remote. It worked with our receiver right out of the package, because it is the original remote that came with this model Sony receiver.

    Volume & mute easy to use

    The remote works fine except that it is too easy to push the wrong button which changes all the audio and speaker settings. Maybe I just haven't learned how to lock it once on the settings I want.
