    The seller had this air conditioner on sale and it was a really good price and it was a nice air conditioner when it got here. But on the negative side, it was supposed to be 2 to 4 day shipping and when the package didn’t arrive after four days, I contacted customer service who told me there was nothing they could do told me to wait another week. Contacted them again same thing. Contacted eBay, Paypal and suddenly my package showed up that it had been shipped. Poor customer service.
