    Before I made my purchase, I contacted the seller to verify if I would receive what was pictured, the box of Foam and box of Activated Carbon Insert, or the 3-pack Activated Carbon Inserts as stated in the heading and was what I actually needed. When I received my package, it was 1 box of Activated Carbon Insert and 1 box of Foam. I will not order from this seller again. I gather he sells on Amazon because the package arrived from Amazon as it came earlier than it was. supposed to.
