To go from "playing with fire" to cooking like a pro on a BBQ
I chose this book because I got a new BBQ and wanted to cook with more predictability on it as opposed to waiting for the sausages to charred to think they were safe to eat.
I wasn't disappointed, I like the mix of theory to explain the practical stuff. I haven't tried the recipes yet but I shall very soon.
Fantastic book. Bought this for a friend who's interested in Smoking meat.
I read this book and within 48 hours was smoking a pork shoulder which turned out amazingly well!
