    Bought this vax from eBay, it was as new. Have used it on carpet and a Chinese rug, came up really clean. I used vax shampoo mix but diluted it by half to do the rug. The colours did not fade. Easy to use and clean machine. So pleased I bought it.

    IT does the job great easy to use

    wow amazing item,it looks big,but it moves around tight rooms easy,very simple to put together,and use,its lightweight,very powerful,mixes the water and detergent for you,just push it forward and it cleans then pull back and it suck the dirt out,you can even switch to dry only which sucks up any reminding mixture,leaving the carpet dry to touch,takes a bout a hour to dry on a cotton carpet,the results are amazing,looks like a new carpet,great value for money

    Bought this to replace my older VAX, whi...

    Bought this to replace my older VAX, which still works but has developed a leaky valve which I can't figure out how to fix. Much easier to fill, use and best of all, to clean afterwards. All the bits come off in a logical order and it seems to clean even better that my old one. The only annoyance is that it doesn't come with an instruction booklet - if you haven't got a printer, you have to find it and save it somewhere on your computer. If you haven't got a computer you'd have to ask a friend.

    Smartwash is better

    Smartwash is far more easier to use than the power wash especially if you have pets as the hair is easier to remove. Not sure how durable it will be but so far so good
