    I feel really sorry for this seller, she posted this great item to us very quickly and it was so very well packed, however, unfortunately the item which was all glass had become broken in transit. The seller was amazing, we provided photo evidence and she immediately refunded, I do hope that the carrier will refund for their lack of care with her item, she could not have packaged it better. Would most definitely recommend buying from this person. Kind regards Ray.

    Bowls arrived very quickly. Although there were a few very minor chips under the bowl which could not be seen from the top, I received a small refund but additionally some extra bowls. I had also ordered some plates of the same product and had received some additional plates as well for same reason. I was very happy with both deliveries - the careful packaging, fast delivery and the honest service I had received. I would certainly buy again from this seller
