    Item arrives well packaged. For being a new item it did have a few markings on it. It heated up but was making creaking sounds when oscillating. No amount of adjustments would stop it. Contacted the seller was told to go thru e-bay. This was my first time experience with a return. With a little help from ebay figured out how the steps necessary. Seller was very understanding and promptly refunded purchase amount. Would buy from them again.
