The item ended up being out of stock so supply took quite a bit longer than expected which I understand is beyond their control. Where seller can improve is being proactive with keeping customers regularly informed of the time line if there are unexpected delays, instead of customer having to keep checking in with the supplier. New supplier so its a learning curve and all good in the end.
