    Ferrous Sulphate- iron deficiency supplement.

    Like the first comment on this site,I have been anaemic with low iron levels,a few times over the years. I now take these tablets - one tablet a day to prevent the anaemia reoccurring,and control my diet to avoid the foods/ drinks, that can hinder the absorption of iron in my gut. I have found these tablets to be of very good value,and have proved to be a life- saver for me also.Highly recommended.

    Brilliant - 100% recommend

    I have been on these iron tablets for nearly a year. I know they work as I had my blood re tested and I'm no longer anemic and I'm a vegetarian. I get no side affects from them and they are gentle on the tummy. Easy to swallow and such good value. For me they are a life saver, with thanks :-)
