They refunded my payment and reported the parcel as lost. The parcel eventually arrived - I took photos as the packaging was torn and open; one of the boxes was empty and contained no cream. The whole package looked like it had been chewed up and spat out. Seller refunded my payment as promised and said I could dispose of the parcel or keep it.

    quality issues

    One of the 4 copper coloured contacts was almost missing. The printer refused to 'see' the cartridge and therefore it would not work at all. There was no time to send it back so I inserted a small piece of aluminium foil between the contact and the cradle. This has got it working again but it was an unnecessary fudge to perform on a product which was basically useless.

    Easy to use and good value

    Since my usual retail supplier has ceased trading I used the internet to source supply. This led to obtaining the same product at a much improved price without having to move from my desk. The ink cartridges work very well for me and their quality is more than satisfactory. I am pleased to be able to continue to use them.
