    I received the item and observed whoever wrapped the item took good care as to wrapping the item in bubble wrap, plastic wrap and paper filler. When I picked it up it was immediately obvious the Sleigh was broken. When I removed it pieces of the Sleigh Tracking on both sides were broken extensively. When I removed the bubble wrap, I found it was what I feared, damaged. Seller immediately responded to my email and was quickly resolved. I highly recommend this seller.
