    Hi Sorry about this - I sent straight away via "Ebay Simple Delivery" (sellers have no choice in this now but I know it took 2 weeks to arrive with Evri). When you opened the case for it not arriving I got a message from Ebay saying not to do anything as they would deal with it all - that's why I didn't respond. I always send straight away and do my best to be as helpful as possible. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the service you received xx
