I messaged the seller asking if it was ever going to be dispatched, and was informed it would be sent out in 24hrs. Following day I received a tracking number however it states the item is still with the seller and hasn't even been collected. Asked for a refund as I no longer need the item (purchased it elsewhere), now seller is jumping through hoops trying to avoid issuing a refund.
