Helpful but a lot of Hostage negotiations references

There are quite a few golden nuggets of wisdom in the book to assist you in business negotiations. just like its title. I just wish there were more business examples and less hostage negotiation tactics and examples.. but well worth a read.

  • Wow

This book helped me negotiating with a large bureaucratic entity. It was my 1st success with them. The mirror is like a Jedi mind trick

  • A great read for Sales Professionals

If you want to improve your negotiating skills, in business, or in life, this is a must read. This book takes "active listening" to a different level and guides you how to ask the "right" questions to get the information you need, whether someone's life depends on it or not. One of the most insightful books I've read.
