Seller responded in a timely manner stating an error was made and the 2nd item would be sent. Seller aslo provided a 2nd tracking number once the 2nd item was sent. Received 2nd item, and the item was not new in box like description states and the item was cracked and broken. Contacted seller to inform and provided pictures but have not heard back from seller.
