I am only unhappy due to a dreadful delivery service experienced by Yodel (not for the first time). They made absolutely no attempt to ring my buzzer, instead leaving the parcel outside the block of flats, in view of anyone passing by - I was only aware it had been "delivered" after receiving an email. The delivery was also the day after they said it would be delivered. Yodel is an awful service that should be avoided!
